Acute Myeloid Leukemia: Bleximenib, Venetoclax, and Azacitidine Study

We are studying a combination of three medications for people with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia who cannot receive intensive chemotherapy. The aim is to see if this combination works better than the standard treatment alone.
