Atopic Dermatitis
Atopic dermatitis, commonly known as eczema, is a chronic skin condition characterized by dry, itchy, and inflamed skin. It often appears in childhood and can lead to significant discomfort and skin infections.
We are studying whether a new treatment with tralokinumab and topical steroids helps children aged 2 to under 12 and infants aged 6 months to under 2 manage moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis better than a placebo. The trial also looks at how this treatment affects daily life and skin health.
