Atrial Fibrillation: IV Flecainide with Ranolazine

We are comparing the effectiveness of a combination of IV flecainide and oral ranolazine against IV flecainide alone for patients with recent onset atrial fibrillation. This study aims to find out which treatment better restores normal heart rhythm.
