- Are you 18 years old or older?
- Do you have a type of lymphoma such as large B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, or chronic lymphocytic leukemia?
- Have you had at least 2 prior treatments for your lymphoma that did not work?
- Do you have a performance status of 2 or better (meaning you are still able to carry out some daily activities)?
- Do you have any active infections or serious health issues that are not resolved?
