High-risk Non-Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer
High-risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) is a type of bladder cancer that does not invade the muscle layer of the bladder but is aggressive and may not respond to standard treatments like Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG). It can present as carcinoma in situ (CIS) or with papillary tumors.
