We are studying a new injection, mezagitamab, for adults with chronic immune thrombocytopenia to see if it can improve platelet counts and reduce symptoms compared to a placebo.

- Are you diagnosed with primary ITP (low platelet count) that has lasted for at least 12 months?
- Have you had a platelet count below 30,000/µL in your recent tests?
- Have you had any major blood clotting events (like a stroke or heart attack) in the past year?
- Are you currently taking any medications for ITP, like corticosteroids or thrombopoietin receptor agonists?
- Have you had your spleen removed (splenectomy)?
