- Are you at least 18 years old?
- Do you have chronic kidney disease (CKD) with kidney function (eGFR) between 20 and 60 mL/min/1.73m2?
- Are you currently taking blood pressure medications like Lisinopril (ACE inhibitor) or Losartan (ARB) for at least 4 weeks without changes?
- Have you had high potassium levels (above 5.2 mmol/L) in your blood recently?
- Do you have severe liver disease (Child Pugh class C cirrhosis)?
