We are studying whether efepoetin alfa can effectively manage anemia in patients with chronic kidney disease on dialysis, compared to another treatment. This trial will also assess safety and quality of life for participants.

- Are you at least 18 years old?
- Do you have stage 5 chronic kidney disease (CKD) with a kidney function level of 15 or lower?
- Are you currently on stable doses of erythropoiesis stimulating agents (like Epoetin or Darbepoetin) for at least 6 weeks?
- Do you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, with a systolic pressure of 170 mmHg or higher?
- Are you currently pregnant or breastfeeding?
