Elderly Primary CNS Lymphoma: High-Dose Chemotherapy Study

We are comparing a high-dose chemotherapy followed by stem cell transplantation to standard chemotherapy for elderly patients with primary CNS lymphoma. The goal is to see which treatment leads to better survival and quality of life.
