GVHD Prevention in Elderly AML/MDS Patients: Thymoglobulin vs. Grafalon

We are comparing two treatments to prevent graft versus host disease in elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome receiving stem cell transplants. The goal is to find out which treatment leads to better outcomes after transplantation.
