LSTA1 for Newly Diagnosed Glioblastoma Multiforme
We are studying whether adding LSTA1 to standard treatment (temozolomide) improves survival for patients with newly diagnosed GBM compared to a placebo. The trial also looks at quality of life and other important health measures.

- Are you between 18 and 75 years old?
- Do you have a newly diagnosed brain tumor called glioblastoma?
- Have you had surgery for your brain tumor in the last 4 weeks?
- Are you currently taking corticosteroids like Prednisone or Dexamethasone, and have you been on a stable or decreasing dose for at least 14 days?
- Do you have a life expectancy of at least 3 months?
