Parkinson's Disease: ACI-7104.056 Vaccine Study
We are testing a new vaccine to see if it is safe and can help improve symptoms in people with early-stage Parkinson's disease. The study will also look at how the vaccine affects certain biological markers related to the disease.

- Are you between 40 and 75 years old?
- Are you currently taking L-Dopa (like Sinemet) at a stable dose of 300 mg per day?
- Do you have a confirmed diagnosis of early idiopathic Parkinson's disease (PD) with motor symptoms for no more than 2 years?
- Are you a female who is postmenopausal for at least 1 year or surgically sterilized?
- Have you had any significant medical issues, like a major illness or surgery, in the last 6 months?
