We are studying a new combination of medications for patients with primary central nervous system lymphoma who cannot receive intensive therapies. The goal is to see if this treatment is effective and safe, and how it affects quality of life.

- Are you between 18 and 69 years old, or 70 years old and ineligible for HCT-ASCT?
- Do you have a confirmed diagnosis of primary B-cell lymphoma of the central nervous system (PCNSL)?
- Are you currently pregnant or breastfeeding?
- Have you had any prior treatment for PCNSL?
- Do you have a severe active infection?
