- Do you have primary Sjögren’s disease (not secondary to another autoimmune condition)?
- Are you currently experiencing active fibromyalgia that is not well controlled?
- Have you used cyclophosphamide in the last 24 weeks?
- Have you received anti-CD20 or anti-CD19 antibodies in the last 6 months?
