We are studying different chemotherapy and local treatment methods for children with retinoblastoma to see if they can preserve vision without using radiation. This trial includes various patient groups based on their specific conditions.

- Are you or your child between 6 months and 6 years old?
- Have you or your child been treated with chemotherapy or radiation for this cancer or any other cancer before?
- Do you or your child have bilateral retinoblastoma (tumors in both eyes) with one eye being group D (more severe) and the other eye treatable without chemotherapy?
- Do you or your child have a unilateral retinoblastoma (tumor in one eye) that is group B, C, or D?
- Are you or your child currently able to receive treatment without any major health issues that would prevent chemotherapy?
