- Are you at least 18 years old?
- Do you have sickle cell disease (SCD) with genotype HbSS, HbSβ0-thal, or HbSβ+-thal?
- Have you had 4 or more pain crises (VOCs) in the last year or 2 or more in the last 6 months?
- Have you had any episodes of acute chest syndrome in the last 6 months?
- Have you been unable to tolerate or failed approved therapies for sickle cell disease?
