- Are you male and between 18 and 85 years old?
- Do you have bulbar urethral stenosis that is 3 cm or less?
- Have you had at least one treatment for urethral stenosis in the past 24 months?
- Are you currently taking corticoids or immunosuppressive drugs for more than 3 months?
- Do you have any active viral infections like HIV or Hepatitis?
